Kicking Your End Of Year Goals In The Butt

1. Make your goals known.

Figure out what your goals are and how to make them work. Goals should be established daily, weekly, and monthly.

Say you have all of your goals written out, yet you don’t know where in the heck to begin or how to accomplish them. This means it’s time to research, research, research.

  • Youtube Videos
  • Blog Post
  • Coaching Calls

I, myself offer coaching calls and have goals set to how many I would like to do but guess what? I still have a coach myself! We all need help in certain areas. Maybe it’s how to do something or executing that something. I, myself sell an online course but guess what? I got this place of being able to teach others how to blog from all of the research and experience I had myself. My point is that coaches have coaches, your help has help too!

2. Get organized.

Collect your thoughts and plans to stay on top of your next moves.

Before I would think that I was wasting time trying to get organized, but I have now learned I waste more time when I am not organized. When I’m not organized my mind is scattered on what to do and where to go next. Being organized keeps me focused and on track. I can always turn to my planner to know what to do next. From my emails to my laptop and blog post to sales goals I am organized.

  • Traditional planner
  • Notes on your phone
  • White boards
  • Filing system (physical and digital)

3. Vision Board.

A vision board is a physical or digital board filled with things you want to see happen. You are visualizing your goals with magazine clippings, printed pictures, stickers, or whatever your creative mind comes up with!

4. Do the damn the thing.

You’ve talked the talk, now walk the walk baby! Do whatever it is you need to keep your head in the game. Don’t let the end of the year slip you up. You got this!!!!

  • Hang around people who have big goals and are doing big things.
  • Set alarms on your phone.
  • Stay in good spirits. Don’t let negative energy get the best of you.
