Friday Favorites: Blogging

Happy Friday Friends!

I am starting a new series where I share my favorite every weekend with you. This week it is all about products you need for blogging.

Let’s get started!

1 Day Designer Planner

A planner is a must have for organizing your days, weeks, and months. I use mine for even writing my goals. It helps keep me focused and the patterns that Day Designer offer are just fabulous!

2 Style Collective

A marvelous place to connect and grow with other bloggers. There are resources like stock photos, free e-books, podcast, a monthly meet up with other bloggers in your area, and so much more!

Blogging Community - Style Collective

3  Facebook Groups

Groups have been a huge learning source for my blogging career. I even started one on my own. For me it is all about community over competition.

“Let’s just say that I’ve been blogging for a year and a half and Kayla gave me the most impactful help I’ve gotten in that time, all with one short email – and I work in marketing! When you’re a blogger (and especially when you’re blogging as a side hustle), you don’t have time for that big picture, vague advice that fills so many content marketing blogs these days. You need answers, and you needed them yesterday. Kayla not only answered my questions but gave me actionable things I could literally do today and plenty more resources to check out. Needless to say, she gets it. And she’ll help you get it too.” – Erika Page

4 Etsy

Etsy is a great place for those on a budget. You can find logos, media kits, website design, and so much more. It has pretty much everything you need for building your brand and website.

5 Gmail G Suite

You can use your domain name as your e-mail. To me this looks a lot more professional. So my e-mail is over

6 Canva

Canva is a website where you can build graphics for literally everything. They have stuff for your Instagram Stories, Pinterest, Twitter header… everything! If you upgrade to a paid plan you can even download your own fonts.

Homegoods + Target

Just go in there and buy everything. Not really, but if I could I totally would. Both of these stores are filled with amazing props for you to take the best flat lays.

I highly suggest everyone invest in a nice camera. Thankfully my dad gifted me with one last Christmas. He got me a Nikon D3400 which is a wonderful camera for beginners. The quality is incredible while being easy to use for those who are not super knowledgable about cameras.

9. Lightroom

My all time favorite editing software.

10 Marble Adhesive
